Government will support 40 VND/1 USD for garment and textile exporting

Prime Minister has just given some suggestions to support for garment and textile sector. Accordingly, the Government will support 40 VND/1 USD of export to maintain jobs for workers. This support sum will be applied to companies that use many workers, such as garment and textile, or shoes sector. Besides, the Government alsoassigned Ministry of Finance researching plan to reduce VAT for imported cotton from 10% to 5%. At the same time, the Government requested State Bank for letting Vietnam Garment and Textile Corporatio make loan in the coming years with preferential interest rate. The aim is to support them in buying imported cotton for fund.
